摘要: 本文分析了影響大型輻射管表面溫度分布的因素,通過實驗說明,對于單端吸入空氣的擴散型燃燒輻射管,使用芯塊可以明顯地提高燃料的利用率,較好地控制空氣消耗系數,強化氣體與輻射管管壁之間的對流傳熱,從而改善輻射管的表面溫度分布.Abstract: The factors having effect on the surface temperature distribution of large U-type radiant tube burner are analysised.For the radiant tube with air singly pulled and diffusively combustioned,the application of corebusters can improve the combustion efficiency significently,control the fuel-air ratio Precisely and enhance the heat transfer between the heigh temperature gases and the tube,thus it can ameliorate the temperature distribution.
