Prediction Method of Pitting Fatgue Life for the Gears with Damaged Conditions

摘要: 以GB3480-83為基礎,通過理論分析,建立了齒輪點蝕面積率與運轉時間的函數關系,提出了應用隨機時間序列預測技術對有損傷的中低速重載齒輪點蝕疲勞壽命進行預測的計算方法.

Abstract: Based upon GB3480-83,this paper establishes the function relation between pitting area and revolving period of gear,and puts forward the method about applying stochastic time order under middle and low speed and heavy duty.
