Mathematical Modelling of Three Dimensional Flowing inside a Slab Casting Mould

摘要: 應用數學物理模擬方法,對板坯連鑄結晶器內的鋼液流動現象進行了全面詳細的研究,同時,研究了不同工藝參數對結晶器內流場的影響.在此基礎上,開發了應用微機計算三維兩相流動的模擬軟件,計算結果與激光測速結果對比分析,證明該軟件是可靠的,能用于預測結晶器流場和設計水口的工藝參數.數學模型中對壁面函數方法、壓力降階法等的處理提出了新見解.在此基礎上研制了一種新型改進型水口,并作了初步工業實驗,效果良好.Abstract: The flow phenomena inside a slab casting mould are studied in detail.The different flow phenomena influenced by the operating parameters are discussed.For these purpose,a software for numerical solution of three-dimensional flow with microcomputer was developed.The new option for the wall function and method of pressure gradient order drop was deduced in the mathematical model.By comparing the results of calculation to that of measuring by LDA,it shows that the software is available,and it can be applied to predict the flow pattern inside the mould.
