A Design of Manpower Resource Intelligent Management System

摘要: 以冶金工業部人才資源的管理問題為背景,給出了人才資源智能管理系統的具體設計方法.該系統中,廣義的管理分析預測模型樹用于其知識表達,系統結構由多庫結構支持;在其推理機方面,應用元知識推理以協調定性推理、定量推理和人工神經網絡推理.將有限的自然語言理解引入人-機界面,用TURBO PROLOG和C語言在IBM/AT微機上對該設計部分實現,表明了其合理性及可行性.Abstract: Taking manpower resource management problems of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry as background, the concrete design method of Manpower Resource Intelligent Management System (MRIMS) is given. In this system, general management analysing and forecasting model tree is used as its knowledge representation. Its system structure is supported by multi-base structure. In its inference engine, meta-knowledge inference is applied to coordinate with quantitative inference, qualitative inference and neural network inference. Finite natural language understanding is introduced into the man-machine interface of the system. TURBO PROLOG and C languages are used to implement the design partly on IBM/AT microcomputer.
