The Influences of Cerium and Phosphorus on Embrittlement in Manganese Steel

摘要: 利用沖擊試驗、掃描電鏡、透射電鏡、俄歇譜儀等方法,研究了鈰和磷對含錳鋼脆性轉化溫度的影響.結果表明,磷在奧氏體晶界偏聚提高了含錳鋼脆性轉化溫度,加入鈰可減輕磷的偏聚程度,從而降低了脆性轉化溫度.Abstract: The influences of Ce and P on embrittlement transition temperature in Mn steel has been investigated by impact test, SEM, TEM and Auger spectrometer. The results indicate that the segregation of phosphorus along the austenitic grain boundary increases the embrittlement transition temperture, and Cerium adding to steel can minimize the degree of segregation and improve the impact toughness, therefore the embrittlement transition temperature is decreased.
