Application of Prediction Compensation DMC in Electrical Heating Furnance

摘要: 針對電加熱爐多變量系統存在大慣性、慢時變、非線性及交叉耦合嚴重等特點,提出采用基于非參數模型的動態矩陣控制方法,并用預測補償的思想進行解耦設計,使解耦設計大為簡化.實時控制表明這種算法對多變量系統是有效的.Abstract: Considering the electrical heating furnance's properties of large inertia,slow time -varying, nonlinearity, as well as serious cross coupling, and so on,the Dynamic Matrix Control (DMC) based on a model without parameters is proposed. A method of feedforward predictive compensation decoupling control is adopted,which makes it very easy to design a decoupling system. The real-time control result shows that the algorithm is available for the multivariable system.
