Application of Soaking-Surface Alloying Technology to the Surface of the Graphite Electrode

摘要: 提出了一種浸滲-表面合金化的方法,可在石墨電極表面形成具有良好導電性的抗氧化復合保護層,用以降低電爐煉鋼過程中石墨電極的側面氧化消耗.本文介紹了該方法的基本工藝過程,研究了復合保護層的形成機理,建立了相應的動力學數學模型,并對其抗氧化機理進行了初步的探討.Abstract: A new soaking-surface alloying technology to form a complex oxidationresistant coating on the surface of the graphite electrode is presented.This coating possesses an excellent conductuvity and an oxidation-resistivity,which can effectively reduce the sidewall consumption of the graphite electrode in the arc furnace steelmaking. The basic technical process of this new wey was described in this paper. Discussion included the formation mechanism and its kinetic model and the oxidation-resistant mechanism of this complex coating.
