The Effects of Sintering of Coating Layers on Surface Quality of the Centrifugal Casting Steel Pipes

摘要: 對各種不同耐火填料組成的耐火涂層進行電鏡掃描分析,研究了涂層燒結狀況與鑄管表面質量的關系,特別是對鑄管表面氣孔形成的機理進行了深入分析.結果表明耐火涂層的導熱性、燒結溫度、燒結速度和金屬液的冷凝速度將直接影響氣孔缺陷的產生.降低涂層的熱傳導性能、控制涂層的燒結程度可有效地避免鑄管產生氣孔缺陷.Abstract: In this paper,the sintering layers of the coating compounded by different refractories were observed with SEM, and the relation between the state of the coating layers and the surface quality of the casting steel pipes have been studied. It is put forward that the thermal conductivity, the sintering degree of coating can effect the surface quality of the casting pipes directly.Reducing the thermal conductivity and the sintering degree of coating can avoid the pinholes.
