Effect of Nitrogen on the Secondary Dendrite of Primary Austenite of Grey Cast Iron

摘要: 采用單向凝固方法研究了氮對Fe-C-Si和Fe-C-Si-Mn灰鑄鐵初生奧氏體二次枝晶組織的影響.結果指出,氮使Fe-C-Si-Mn灰鑄鐵初生奧氏體二次臂間距減小,二次枝晶組織細化.Abstract: The effect of nitrogen on the secondary dendrite of primary austenite of Fe-C-Si and Fe-C-Si-Mn grey cast irons was studied through unidirectional solidification. The distribution of nitrogen in solid and liquid phases of the alloys during the growth process of the primary austenite was determined, and the acting mechanism of nitrogen on secondary dendrite of primary austenite was discussed.
