Finite Element Model of Axial Force of Rolls under Non-Symmetry Rolling——Study on the Axial Mechanical Behavior of 4一Hi Strip Mills(II)

摘要: 非對稱軋制(包括軋件跑偏、軋制力偏差等)是四輥板帶軋機軸向力產生的主要原因之一.文章在彈性基礎梁法的基礎上,提出了研究輥系特性的變剛度彈基梁三維有限元計算模型,利用這種模型可對輥系垂向(即軋制力方向)和軋輥軸向、對稱軋制(正常軋制)和非對稱軋制、軋輥軸線平行及交叉諸工況進行分析.Abstract: In order to get the characteristics of roll systems,the variable rigidity elastic basis beam three dimensional finite element model is established. Using this model,the vertical and axial characters of roll systems,both in symmetry and non-symmetry rolling conditions with parallel and intersection roll states etc can be studied. Also the charaters of roll systems of some special rolling mills,such as PC,CVC and HC mills can be investigated.
