Grain Refinement of HSLA Steel by Second Phase Particles

摘要: 文章總結了用第二相粒子細化晶粒的理論。比較了各種第二相粒子細化晶粒的效果,提出使用SiO2粒子細化HSLA鋼晶粒的可能性。理論分析表明,在凝固過程中有可能獲得較高的SiO2粒子體積分數。此外,還進行了實驗室研究,得到了較小尺寸的SiO2粒子。Abstract: The theory of grain growth inhibition by second phase particles has been reviewed and used as a basis to compare the behaviour of various grain refining additives. Attempts have been made to use silica particles for grain refinement in HSLA steels. The theoretical analysis has indicated that high volume fraction of silica particles can form during the solidification process. Small silica particles have also been obtained by the experiment.
