Determination of Cadmium by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry Using Ammonium Sulphate-Tris modifier

摘要: 擬訂了測定環境及生物樣品中鎘的平臺石墨爐原子吸收光譜法。用硫酸銨和三羥甲基氨基甲烷(簡稱Tris)作為化學改進劑。在該混合改進劑的存在下,鎘的允許灰化溫度提高到850℃,與(NH4)3PO4-Mg(NO3)2或(NH4)2HPO4-HPO3作改進劑相比,測鎘的靈敏度也得到改善。研究了穩定作用機理。Abstract: A method has been developed for the determination of Cd in enviromental and biological samples by platform graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Ammonium sulphate and tris-(hydroxymethyl)-aminomethane (Tris) were employed as a chemical modifier. The tolerable pyrolysis temperature for Cd was raised to 850℃ in the presence of modifier, the sensitivity for the determination of Cd was also improved if compared with that obtained by using (NH4)3PO4-Mg(NO3)2 and (NH4)2PO4-HNO3 as chemical modifier.
