Quantitative Analysis of Rolling Texture in Steel Sheets

摘要: 本文利用取向分布函數(ODF),取向線分析和纖維織構定量分析研究了工業純鐵和超深沖鋼板冷軋織構的變化過程;討論了α取向線和γ取向線以及一些取向的穩定性。同時也分析了鋼板變形過程及雜質原子對織構形成的影響。Abstract: The rolling texture developments in commercially pure iron and deep drawing steel sheets were investigated by means of orientation distribution function (ODF) and quantitative fibre texture analysis. The stabilities of α and γ fibre as well as some orientation were discussed. The influences of rolling process and impurity atoms on the texture developments were also analysed.
