Study on Limit-Current Oxygen Sensor Using Zirconia Electrolyte

摘要: 從熱力學和動力學出發,推導出該傳感器的極限電流公式,從理論上找到了極限電流值與氧摩爾分數、氣體擴散系數、溫度和小孔幾何尺寸等因素的關系。并推導出傳感器的響應時間公式。Abstract: The equations describing the limit current in the normal diffusion region or knudsen diffusion region are estabished from the viewpoint of thermodynamics and kinetics. The factors, which influence the limit current in above regions, that is, oxygen concentration, temperature, gas diffusion coeffience, pressure, and geometric parameters (area and length) of the diffusion hole are theoretically considered. The response time equation of the sensor is formulated as well.
