The Research of Hardenability of 86Cr₃ Steel on Thermal Simulator

摘要: 用Gleeble-1500型熱模擬試驗機對86Cr₃鋼的淬透性進行了研究,對頂端淬火法和熱摸擬法進行了對比試驗,結果表明:Gleeble-1500型熱摸擬試驗機測定高淬透性鋼的淬透性,比傳統的試驗方法更具有實用性,且成本低、周期短,因此可以做為研究測定高淬透性的新方法。

Abstract: It is described the study of hardenability of 86Cr₃ steel by useing Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator. This study has made a contrast test between jominy test and thermal simulate test. The result showed that the method of measuring the hardenability of a high hardenability steel by useing Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator is clearer and more useful than that by jominy test. The cost and test period are low and short respectively. So it can be used as new method for study of hardenability of high hardenability steel.
