Heat Transfer Analysis of Pulverized Coal before Pyrolysis in Condition of BF Blast Tube

摘要: 分析了高爐直吹管條件下粉煤粒子在熱解之前的傳熱狀態;建立了粉煤粒子的傳熱模型,并進行了計算機求解。結果表明:(1)粉煤粒子在熱解前的傳熱情況對粉煤的快速熱解非常重要;(2)熱風和粒子的速度差及粒徑對Nu數影響很大,熱解前輻射傳熱比對流換熱更重要;(3)在目前國內條件下,煤粒子直徑在300μm以下較合適;(4)煤粒(>1μm)在熱解前不能視為薄體。Abstract: The analysis of heat transfer situation of pulverized coal before pyrolysis was made inside the blast tube, and a math model was developed and solved with computer. The results show:(l)The situation of heat transfer before pyrolysis (espcially the radiation) is very important for quick pyrolysis of coal, (2) Pulverized coal lower than 300 μm is favorable, (3)The pulverized coal should not be regarded as thin wall.
