Investigation of Hot Corrosion of Great Wall No.1 Coating

摘要: 用等離子噴涂方法將長城1號及X-40涂層鍍復在GH864高溫合金試樣上,然后進行熱腐蝕試驗,并用OM,SEM、EMPA進行性能分析。結果表明,長城1號涂層顯示出比X-40涂層更優越的腐蝕抗力。提出了長城1號、X-40涂層及GH864基體合金可能的腐蝕機制。Abstract: High temperture corrosion tests in 75%Na2SO4-25%NaCl molten salt have been conducted on GH864 superalloy specimens plasma sprayed with great wall No.1 and X-40 coatings. After the corrosion tests,each sample was examined by OM, SEMand EMPA.It was found that X-40 coating was severely corroded by the molten salt due to cracking and spalling, whereas the Great Wall No.1 exhibited superior corrosion resistance.
