Effects of Alloying Elements on the Magnetic Properties of Sm2(Fe,M)17Ny Compound

摘要: 采用機械破碎與氫破碎和氮氣-固相反應法制得了Sm2(Fe,M)17Ny化合物粉末及粉末壓結體,研究了金屬釤含量、過渡元素(M=Co、Cr、V、Mn、Zr、Si、Ga)部分取代鐵時對Sm2(Fe1-xMx)17Ny粉末壓結體磁性能的影響。結果表明:鉻、鎵能顯著提高粉末的矯頑力。Sm2(Fe0.017Ga0.983)17Ny粉末壓結體的矯頑力達到iHc=2000kA/m。Abstract: Sm2(Fe,M)17Ny compound powder has been made by the hydrogen treatment and nitrogen absorption treatment.
