Phase Transformation Induced by Plastic Deformation in CuZnAl Alloy

摘要: 通過一個扭轉循環使CuZnAl合金產生塑性形變,用電阻法對塑性形變誘發的相變以及塑性形變的減小對誘發形成相的影響進行研究。結果表明:減小樣品的塑性形變使已形成的應力馬氏體消失,也使再取向馬氏體部分消失。此外,在相變溫區,塑性形變將使未完全長大的熱彈性馬氏體長大,而塑性形變的減小對長大后的熱彈性馬氏體沒有影響。Abstract: A plastic twist cycle was used to deform CuZnAl alloy. The second half twist cycle (SHTC), contrast to the first half twist cycle (FHTC), is to decrease plastic deformation in the alloy. The phases induced by the plastic deformation of FHTC and the influence of the plastic deformation during SHTC on them were studied by electic resistance method.
