A Mathematical Model of Flow Stress of High Strength Steel Containing Low Carbon and Niobium

摘要: 采用恒應變速率的凸輪式高速形變試驗機,測定了低碳含鈮高強度鋼在熱軋變形條件下的流動應力。變形條件為:變形溫度750~1150℃;應變率0. 06~0.69;應變速率5~80s-1鋼中鈮含量0%~0.12%。分析了鈮含量、變形溫度、應變率和應變速率對流動應力的影響。所建立的數學模型具有較高的擬合精度,實驗建立的流動應力數學模型可供工程計算以及軋鋼生產計算機控制使用。Abstract: Using camplastometer with high and constant strain rate the flow stress of low carbon nio-birm containing (Nb 0%~0.12%) steels has been investigated. The deformation Temp, are 750°~1150℃, strain rate are 5~80s-1, acount deformation 0.06~0.69. The effects of Niobium content, T, ε and ε on the flow stress of steel were analysised, and a model of flow stress for these steels with precise draft were established. This model can be used for computer control in rolling mill.
