Some Properties of V-Ti Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron Gears

摘要: 作者對等溫淬火的釩鈦球鐵齒輪進行了7種基礎性能試驗。結果表明:這種齒輪的接觸疲勞極限σ_Hum值、抗磨損能力、結構阻尼比和降低噪聲等方面具有優良的性能,而彎曲疲勞強度較低。用這種釩鈦球鐵制造QJ系列減速器齒輪,其承載能力可提高50%。

Abstract: Seven kinds of properties for V-Ti spheroidal graphite cast iron gears have been investigated. The results show that these gears have advantages, such as the endurance limit values σ_Hlim the wear resistant ability, the structural damping rations and reducing the noise etc.
