Study on the Ductility of Rapidly Solidified Fe₃Al Inter-Metallic Compounds (Ⅱ)

摘要: 通過急冷凝固及加鉻合金化的方法,改善了金屬間化合物Fe₃Al的室溫塑性。實驗結果表明:急冷凝固降低了合金有序度,細化了晶粒,而合金元素鉻的添加,使鐵鋁合金的室溫延伸率由2%提高到5.6%。

Abstract: The room temperature ductility of Fe₃Al intermetallic compound has been improved by Cr addition and rapid solidificaton processing. The experimental results show that RSP decrease the grain size and the degree of order and 2%Cr addition increases the room temperature ductility from 2% to 5.6%, which may be associated with the increase of cleavage stringth.
