摘要: 報道了用Q開與YAG激光器在金屬中激勵超聲脈沖,以及激光能量、材料表面狀況和材料中人工缺陷對激光激勵超聲脈沖影響的研究結果,它對于研究激光與物質的相互作用以及將激光超聲用于無損檢測都是有益的。Abstract: Ultrasonic pulse are generated by irradiation with a Q-switched Nd: YAG laser. The effects of the laser power density and the conditions of the metal surface on the intensity of the ultrasonic pulse are studied. The effects of a simulated defect in the metal sample on the propagation of the ultrasonic pulse are also studied.
