The Influence of Al on the Structure and Properties of WC-Fe/Co/Ni Hard Alloy

摘要: 研究了合金元素Al對WC-Fe/Co/Ni硬質合金組織和性能的影響。在WC-Fe/Co/Ni合金中加入Al能夠提高合金的抗彎強度。在加入量為0.8%時,該合金的抗彎強度提高了10%。在此基礎上對機理進行了探討。

Abstract: The influence of Al on the structure and properties of WC-Fe/ Co/Ni hard alloy was investigated. TRS of the hard alloy can be improved by adding Al agent in the alloy. The TRS of the hard alloy was increased 10% by adding 0.8% A1 is alloy.
