The Influence of Cu on the Structure and Properties of WC-Fe/Co/Ni Hard, Alloy

摘要: 研究了添加元素Cu及其含量對WC-Fe/Co/Ni合金組織和性能的影響。結果表明,當Cu添加較少時,合金的抗彎強度隨Cu含量的增加而提高,當Cu含量增加到0.8%時,合金的抗彎強度出現極大值;繼續增加Cu的含量,合金的抗彎強度又下降。并對組織結構進行了分析。Abstract: The influence of Cu on the structure and properties of WC-Fe/Co/Ni hard alloy. The experimental results show that the TRS (Transverse Rupture Strength) of WC-Fe/Co/Ni hard alloy can be improved by increasing Cu in alloy. The TRS of the hard alloy appears maximum by adding 0.8% Cu into the alloy. In the alloy Cu increases continuously, TRS of the alloy appears to decrease.
