WMVE Process——A New Process for Making High Speed Steel M2 Bars

摘要: 通過對高氧含量水霧化M2高速鋼粉(W)的磁選(M)、真空松裝燒結(V)及熱擠壓(E)的研究,提出了WMVB新工藝。用這種工藝不僅能以高氧含量的水霧化粉末生產性能與熔煉鋼相當的冶金產品,而且經濟可行,適用于我國當前的冶金工業。Abstract: A new process-WMVE process has been developed after investigations on magnetic separation(M), vacuum loose sintering(V) and hot extrusion (E) of water atomized powders(W) with high oxygen contents. Metallurgical products with properties which are equivalent to those of melted steel can be produced with this process cost-effectively. WMVE process is suitable to be used in present Chinese metallurgical industry.
