Characteristic of Heat Transfer on An Air-mist Nozzle in Continuous Casting

摘要: 報導了一種氣—水霧化噴嘴的測定結果,并與一種水噴嘴進行了比較。研究表明,采用氣—水霧化噴嘴時,鑄坯二冷的傳熱系數不僅和水流密度有關,而且與噴射狀況,諸如水滴直徑,水流密度、氣-水霧化噴嘴的用氣量等條件有關。Abstract: The measurement on an air-mist mozzle is reported and the results are compared with that on a water mozzle. Both results are in disagreement and show that heat transfer coefficient of strand not only depends on the water flux but depends on the spraying conditions, such as the droplet size, the droplet velocity, the air amount if using air-mist nozzle.
