Optimization of Cooling Condition in Billet Continuous Casting

摘要: 建立了方坯連鑄冷卻最優化數學模型,用于確定最優二冷制度和最大拉速。應用分布參數系統最優化控制理論,對此最優化問題進行了分析求解。模型還應用于某廠方坯連鑄,進行優化計算,證明模型是合理的。Abstract: An optimal model of cooling condition in billet continuous casting is setted up. It is suit for the making choice of optimal secondary cooling scheme and maxinum casting speed. This optimization problem is analyzed with the optimal control theory of separated parameter system. The model has been applied in production and it has been proved to be reasonable.
