Pitting Mechanism of Passive 304 Stainless Steel Mono-crystal in Sulphuric Media Containing Chlorion

摘要: 采用交流阻抗技術,研究鈍化304不銹鋼單晶體在pH1.0,0.25mol/lNa2SO4含氯介質中的孔蝕行為。對孔蝕過程中的阻抗頻譜特征進行了分析,提出孔蝕的發生和發展過程中都有復合物(MOHC1)形成。復合物進一步吸附更多的氯離子,導致溶解反應發生。并提出一個孔蝕的的反應機理模型,它與304不銹鋼多晶體在硫酸含氯介質中的孔蝕機理沒有本質的差別。Abstract: The pitting mechanism of passive 304 stainless steel monocrystal in pH1.0, 0.25mol/l Na2SO4 solutions containing chlorion has been investigated using a. c. impedance technique. The impedance characteristics in pit initiation and propagation stages have been analysed. It is proposed that an intermediate complex (MOHCI)comc will form in both the two stages. A pitting mechanism model and an equivalent circuit model in pit propagation stage have been propesen, it has no intrinsic difference with that for 304 ss polycrystal.
