Metallurgical Character of Bottom Blowing CO₂-N₂ Gas in Combined-Blown Converter

摘要: 在60kg頂底復吹轉爐上進行了底吹CO₂、N₂、CO₂+N₂、CO₂+Ar4種氣體的實驗,通過比較不同底吹氣體的實驗結果,對復吹轉爐底吹不同性質氣體的冶金特性進行了研究。主要討論了底吹不同性質氣體對熔池氧化性、脫碳反應和鋼中氮的行為等的影響。

Abstract: The bottom-blowing experiment with CO₂, N₂, CO₂+N₂ and CO₂+Ar in 60kg combined blown converter has been conducted. By comparing each experimental results, the metallurgical character of bottom blowing different gas is studied. The effect of different gas on the bath oxidation, decarbu-rization and behavior of nitrogen is mainly discussed.
