Biaxial Thermal Stress Fatigue and Crack Morphology

摘要: 研究了不同應力比的二線熱應力疲勞試驗并進行了數值分析。結果表明:熱疲勞裂紋的形態決定于兩個主應力的比和兩個主塑性應變的比;直線型裂紋的方向垂直于最大主應力方向;兩個主應力的值和兩個主塑性應變值相近時出現網狀龜裂。Abstract: The experiment and numerical analysis of biaxial thermal stress fatigue under various stress ratio.The results show that the morphology of thermal fatigue cracks depend on both ratio of two principal stresses and ratio of two principal plastic stress, and the direction of straiight crack is perpendicular to the direction of maximum principal stress. Netty thermal fatigue crack will occurs when two principal stress and two principal plastic strains are approximately equal to each other.
