Effect of Temperature Distribution on Forging Deformation of Forgings

摘要: 運用溫度場的數值計算和模擬實驗相結合的方法,對中心壓實法(J.T.S.法)鍛造工藝不同冷卻方式,即空冷和噴水激冷對大型鍛件內部的溫度梯度分布和變化進行了分析比較,并研究了鍛件的較佳溫度分布和達到這一分布的有效途徑。Abstract: The method combined numerical calculation of temperature field with modelling experiments was used to analyse and compare the internal temperature gradient distribution and the change of large forgings caused by air-cooling and spary water cooling in J. T. S. forging process. The optimum internal temperature distribution of large forgings and effective way to get the optimum temperature distribution were investigated.
