Computerisation of InP₁—InP₂ Dominant Phase Diagram and E-pH Diagram

摘要: 分析了InP₁-InP₂優勢區相圖及E-pH圖的特點,提出了用q函數和p函數作為確定優勢區的判別準則。這種方法很容易編制程序,且易推廣到其他類型,具有較強的通用性。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of the logP₁-logP₂ dominant phase diagrams and the E-pH diagrams, two functions: q and P function have been defined. By means of these two functions the stable triple point can be determined. The method is easily programmed and used for calculation of other types of dominant phase diagrams.
