The Calculation of Radial Pressure on Controlled Mandrel

摘要: 利用彈性理論的經典解,結合卷筒自動徑縮發生前后不同的力學條件,得出了自動徑縮卷筒徑向壓力的計算方法。為便于應用,還給出了徑向壓力計算曲線;其計算結果與實測值對比取得了較好的一致性。Abstract: Using axisymmetric theory of plane problem in elasticity and considering, the influence of controlled collapse, a new calculating method is developed, in which the radial stress and the coil hoop stress are studied together. Some curves have been made and by which the radial pressure can be calculated easily. The calculated results are similar to that measured in experiment.
