摘要: 論述了三輥行星斜軋機利用錐形軋輥軋制時的力能參數計單方法,包括變形區形狀、接觸線方程、接觸弧長和接觸面積,以及軋制力、軋制力矩的理論計算和數學模型。Abstract: The power calculation methods of three-roll planetary mill by using cone rolls are discussed. A series of formulas, including the deformation zone, contact area, rolling force and rolling torque, are presented for practical use.
