Calculation and Analysis for Thermal Stress in Horizontal Continuous Casting of Steel

摘要: 應用鑄坯凝固過程中的熱彈塑性應力模型,對馬鋼水平連鑄熱試期間的鑄坯進行了傳熱、應力和應變分析計算。定量地反映了鑄坯的熱應力分布,指出水平連鑄鑄坯出結晶器后,表面溫度回升太大,可能產生中間裂紋和中心裂紋。Abstract: An elasto-plastic model for the thermal stress during solidification in strand is applied to the horizontal continuous casting of steel in Maanshan Iron and Steel Company. Calculation and analysis of the heat transfer, stress and strain for the strand have been made. The distribution of thermal stress for strand has been quantitively given. It has been indicated that because the surface reheating of stand is very large after the strand leaves the mould, the internal cracks will be formed.
