Conditions and Control of the Chemical Colouration for Stainless Steel

摘要: 本文通過試驗得出了奧氏體不銹鋼化學著色的工藝條件,找出了著色過程中成份和pH的變化規律。自選添加劑的加入改善了著色膜的質量和工藝條件。初步判明不銹鋼著色膜系半導體膜。不銹鋼經著色、硬化后耐蝕性有所提高。Abstract: The technical parameters of the chemical colouring for stainlesssteel have been obtained. The pattern of the changes of solution composition and pH in colouring process have been found out. The addition of the selected additives imporved the quality of colouring film and technical conditions. It was distinguished tentatively that the colouring film of stainless steel was a semiconductor film. After colouring and hardening, the corrsiotl resistance of stainless steel was improved.
