The Dynamics of Mold Oscillation Mechanism for Continuous Caster

摘要: 本文以某鋼廠連鑄機結晶器振動機構為研究對象,通過建立集中參數混合系統動力學分析模型,采用QR方法對系統模態參數-固有頻率及振型作了數值求解計算,并采用系統仿真方法計算了機構的振動響應。為確保分析結果的準確性,利用有限元結構分析程序SAP6,通過建立機構動力有限元模型,對系統的模態參數作了進一步的分析計算。本文分析計算結果將為某鋼廠現有連鑄機結晶器振動頻率的提高及設計新的高頻振動機構提供重要依據。Abstract: To treat the mold oscillation mechanism of the caster, numeral calculation on system mode parameters- all orders of frequency and main mode shapes are proceed with QR method basing on the dynamic analysis model of concentrated parameters multiple system; as well as the system oscillation response is studied using systematic simulation program. In order to assure the accuracy of analytical results the calculation on the system mode parameters are completed by means of finite elements structure analytic program SAP6.
