Extending Application of 3-1/2 Digital Millivoltmeter

摘要: 本文用兩個實例闡明了單片3$\frac{1}{2}$位A/D轉換器大可發掘利用。(1)袖珍熱電偶數字溫度表,配K型熱電偶,范圍-50~1300℃,精度0.5級,比200mV表頭只增加8個電阻。(2)制成數字顯示儀只增加3個電阻,不但能直接顯示被測值(而不是百分數)而且還能通用。

Abstract: In this paper two practical examples are used to demostrate the greatly possible exploitation of 3-1/2 digit monolithic A/D converter. One example is a pocket thermocuple thermometer matched with a k-type thermocouple, which temperature range arc from -50 to 1300℃, and the precision is 0.5 grade. Compared with 200mV digital millivoltmeter, it only 8 resistors are extended. Three resistors are added for another example if making a digital displaying meter. Not only it can display the measured value directly but also it can be used generally.-
