On Forced Lubrication in Wire Drawing——Determination of Length of Pressure Nezzle under Forced Lubriration

摘要: 采用本文設計的強迫潤滑裝置進行試驗,測量出口鋼絲表面潤滑劑的附著量和溫度,以及拉拔力與壓力管長度和拉拔速度的關系,并和常規潤滑拉拔進行了比較。通過試驗和理論公式,給出了壓力管較適宜的長度。Abstract: The forced lubrication can be reached with a pressure nozzle and die which was constructed in the form of concentric shaft mould core. The forced lubrication decreases in drawing force and the thick lubricant film between the die and a wire can be increased greatly. The surface lubricant weight and surface temperature of the wire are measured by using the divice of forced lubrication designed in this paper. The relation of drawing force with nozzle length and drawing speed is drawn. The experimental value and the theoretical formula can be used on the design of nozzle suitable length.
