On Shaking Ladle Refining Process for the Production of Medium-carbon Ferromanganese

摘要: 用爐外搖包精煉法代替冷裝電硅熱法生產中碳錳鐵,電耗從1883kw.h/t降至823kw.h/t,錳回收率由61.34%提高到80.02%。爐外精煉時,終渣堿度控制在1.1~1.25,低硅硅錳合金含硅量控制在11%~13%范圍內效果最好。Abstract: Cold charging electric arc furnace process was replaced by shaking ladle refining method to produce medium-carbon ferromangaacsc. The power comsumption for the new method decreased from 1883 kW·h/t to 823 kW·h/t. The recovery of manganese increased from 61.34% to 80.02%. The optimum slag basicity was 1.1-1.25 and the suitable silicon content was 11% -13% for shaking ladle refining process.
