The Antioxidation Cladding Layer of Silicon Carbide on Carbon/Carbon Composite

摘要: 在碳/碳復合材料上滲硅可得到碳化硅復蓋層。對不同滲硅溫度和時間下得到的碳化硅層進行破壞性試驗。實驗指出,有碳化硅復蓋層保護下的碳/碳復合材料,其抗氧化性能提高約2個數量級。Abstract: Siliconizing on carbon/carbon composite can get the cladding silicon carbide. The sample with silicon carbide coating are performed some distructible experiments at various temperatures and in different times. The result points that the carbon/carbon composites with silicon carbide coating make about two orders of improvement in antioxidation behavior.
