The Study of Thermally Induced Porosity (TIP) in FGH95 and Rene' 95 P/M Superalloy

摘要: 本文通過測定FGH95和Rene'95高溫合金,末經熱等靜壓制,在固溶處理前后的密度變化,研究了熱等靜壓制品中熱誘導孔隙(TIP)發生、發展的規律。研究表明:熱誘導孔隙隨固溶處理溫度的升高而增加,隨固溶處理時間的延長而增多。初步確定熱誘導孔隙檢驗中的兩個具體參數一固溶溫度和時間。Abstract: The densities of HIPed compact of Rene'95 P/M superalloy were measured before and after the solution heat treatment to study the formation of TIP, and it's changes during heat treatment. The present work has found that the amount of TIP increases with the increase of temperature and the time of heating.The temperature and the time of the heat treatment are two important factors for the specification of TIP in powder metallurgy superalloys.
