The Adhering Formation of Argon-atomized FGH95 and Imported Rene'95 Superalloy Powders

摘要: 用光學顯微鏡和掃描電子顯微鏡研究了粉末形狀、表面形態和包復層、粘接處的顯微組織。從觀察結果可以得出:隨粉末尺寸的減小衛星粘結和包復層均減少,粉末形狀接近寬形,在粘接處存在兩種顯微組織,一種有明顯界面,另一種沒有明顯界面。Abstract: Particle shape,surface morphology and microstructure of skin layers and adhering satellites were studied by using optical and scanning electron microscopy.It was observed that as the powder size decreases, the frequency of occurrence of both satellites and skin layers diminish and the shape of powder approaches that of a sphere.There are two kinds of microstructure on adhering locations,i.e. one is with marked boundary and the other is without boundary.
