An Analysis for Press-Shear Deformation of Metals

摘要: 本文用剛塑性有限元法分析了對稱壓縮與壓剪變形,計算與實測結果一致。結果表明,壓剪變形能降低壓頭與試樣接觸面上的正壓力,并使試樣內部變形比較均勻。Abstract: In this paper, both symmetrical press and press-shear deformation are analyzed by means of rigid plastic finite element method. The calculation results are in good agreement with experiments It shows that the press-shear deformation can lower the normal pressure on the die-specimen interface and rnake the inside deformation more homogen eous.
