摘要: 應用交流阻抗方法,研究添加劑對非晶態電沉積的影響是一種較新的手段。本文采用阻抗的方法初步研究了不同類型添加劑在Ni—P非晶電沉積中的作用機理。結果表明,洗滌劑作為Ni—P電鍍添加劑可以改善其鍍層質量,有利于非晶鍍層的形成。該研究方法有效可行值得重視。Abstract: The mechanism of the effect of various additives on the electrolytic deposition of amorphous Ni-P alloy has been investigated using A C impedance technique.
The results show that the detergent,as one of the additives in Ni-P electroplating bath,can improve the quality of the coatings, favouring the formation of amorphous structure. A C impedance technique is an effective technique for studying the mechanism of electroplating process.-
