Influence of 236 hours Engine Rig Test on Structures and Properties of First Stage Turbine Blade of GH220 Alloy

摘要: 研究了國產GH220合金渦輪葉片經236小時臺架試車后的表面滲層、基體組織與合金性能的變化。結果表明,該合金組織穩定、性能良好,1070℃等溫熱處理工藝合理。該合金尚有很大使用潛力。Abstract: The changes of surface coating, basic structures and mechanical proper-tie? in first stage turbine blade of GH220 alloy tested by engine rig for 236 hour? has been investigated. The results show that the structures of alloy are stable and properties of alloy still good. The isothermal treatment process at 1070℃ is suitable. It is shown that this alloy (blades) has greater potentiality.
