Influence of different ageing temperatures on aluminide coating of GH220 Alloy

摘要: 研究了時效溫度及時間對滲Al層組織的影響。結果表明,時效滲Al層主要由外、內兩層組成,外層包括Al2O3膜區,β—NiAl區及貧化區;內層為富C區及針狀相區。重點討論了滲Al層蛻化機制及針狀相形成原因。Abstract: Influence of ageing temperatures and times on aluminide coating structure is investigated in this paper. The results show that aged aluminide coating consist mainly of the outer and the inner layers. The outer layer includes Al2O3 oxide zone, β-NiAl zone and denuded zone. The inner layer includes rich C zone and needlelike phase zone. It has been concentrated on discussion of exhaustion mechanizm and: of reasons, of needlelike phase formation in aluminide coating.
