Effect of Alloying Elements on Zig-Zag Grain Boundary in Superalloy GH220

摘要: 本文對GH220合金彎晶形成機制以及加入W、Mo、C、Ce(微量)等元素的作用進行了初步探討。試驗結果表明:對于GH220合金,慢速緩冷時形成彎晶為γ′機制;快速冷卻和采用等溫工藝時為碳化物機制。并摸索到上述各元素最佳含量范圍,對生產有一定參考價值。Abstract: The formation mechanism of Zig-Zag grain boundary and the action of adding some W, Mo, C, Ce(minor) to alloy have been probed tentatively.The results show that gamma prime well induce the formation of Zig-Zag G. B. when alloy is cooled slowly, and the carbides are the same too when the alloy coolled quickly or the isothermal heat treatment method is used. The best content ranges of W, Mo, C, Ce are found out, which is useful for production.
