摘要: 本文報導了在一般傳動支撐輥的四輥軋機上,改變支撐輥直徑實現異步軋制;在此軋機上進行異步軋制低碳帶鋼可降低軋制壓力,減少軋制道次或退火次數,從而提高冷軋帶鋼生產率。降低其生產成本。Abstract: This paper describes an experiment on a four-high cold strip mill with dri ven back-up roll. By using the unequal diameter back-up rolls an asynchronous rolling condition can be obtained, An experiment on asynchronous cold rolling for low carbon steel strip shows that it may bring the following advantages, such as decrease in rolling load, increase in reduction, abolishment of the intermediate annealing,raising the output,decrease in cost etc.
